WARRANTY DEED
Lynn A. Sherwood, a married person, Grantor, for and in consideration of $10.00
and other good and valuable consideration, hereby conveys and warrants to Lynn A.
Sherwood and Shepard Humphries, Trustees of the Lynn A. Sherwood Living Trust
dated April 25, 2011, and any amendments thereto, Grantee, whose address is 3410
Appaloosa Drive, Jackson, Wyoming 83001, the following described real estate, situate
in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, waiving and releasing all rights under and
by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit:
Lot 85, Riverview Meadows Second Addition to the Town of Alpine,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, within the SE1 /4 of Section 30, T37N, R118W,
according to that plat filed February 11, 1994, as Plat No. 264 -D,
Instrument No. 778568
together with and including all improvements thereon and all appurtenances and
hereditaments thereunto belonging, subject to all covenants, conditions, restrictions,
easements, reservations, rights and rights -of -way of sight and /or record.
Shepard Humphries, spouse of Grantor, joins herein for the limited purpose of
waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
the State of Wyoming
