consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in
hand paid, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed,
hereby CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to Lawrence L. Hinton, a married man, grantee, of
1440 Canyon Road, Kemmerer, Wyoming, as his sole and separate property, all right, title,
and interest that she may have in and to the following described real estate situate in the
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by
virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit:
Lot One (1), Block Four (4) of the Lincoln Heights Fifth Subdivision, First
Filing, to the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as said lot and
block are laid down and described on the official plat of said subdivision, on
file and of record in the office of the County Clerk and Ex Officio Registrar of
Deeds in and for said county and state;
SUBJECT TO existing easements, restrictions and reservations of record.
