Bowling, my true and lawful attorney, for me and in my name, place and stead for my use and benefit as follows: To execute any and all documents necessary for the sale of, including, but not limited to, Affidavits, Warranty Deeds, Settlement Statements, W- 9's, Contracts, Agreements and Requests for Payoffs, or any Documents which require a Seller Signature, for the following described property located in Lincoln County, Wyoming described as follows: Legal Description: A parcel of land located in Block 61 of the Second Addition to the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming and being more particulary described as follows: All of Lot 13 and the Southern 58.0 feet of Lots 14 and 15 of Block 61 of the Second Addition to the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming known as: 216 Opal Street Kemmerer, WY 83101 Limited Power of Attorney Giving and granting unto said attorney full power and attorney to do and perform all and every act whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the above stated premises, as fully to all intent and purposes as the signer might and could do if personally present, and hereby ratifying and confirming that said attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done in the above stated premises by virtue of these presents.
