Valuable Considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEY AND WARRANT TO:
Gabriel Paul Crowther and Dana Joylynn Crowther
Husband and Wife
As tenants by the entireties
Grantees, whose mailing address is 216 Opal Street, Kemmerer, WY 83101, the
following described real estate situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
the State to -wit:
A parcel of land located in Block 61 of the Second Addition to the Town of
Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming and being more particulary described as
follows:
All of Lot 13 and the Southern 58.0 feet of Lots 14 and 15 of Block 61 of the
Second Addition to the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming, together
with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise
appertaining thereto
Subject to easements, reservations and restrictions of record.
