THIS INDENTURE dated as of the 77 day of 1 pr 1 2011, WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, Della Mae Gibbons established the Della Mae Gibbons Family Trust under
agreement dated November 24, 1984, as amended and restated on April 11, 1994, wherein Della
Mae Gibbons is the Settlor and initial Trustee, and
WHEREAS, the Della Mae Gibbons Family Trust provides in Article IX thereof that
Lynnette G. Wolfley is appointed to be the Trustee when Della Mae Gibbons ceases to qualify or
ceases to act, and
WHEREAS, Della Mae Gibbons passed away on August 22, 2010 and thereafter
Lynnette G. Wolfley became the acting Trustee of the Della Mae Gibbons Family Trust, and
WHEREAS, the Della Mae Gibbons Family Trust provides in Article X thereof that the
Trustee shall have the power to make divisions and distributions of Trust property either in cash
or in kind, and allocate specific property to any beneficiary or share although the property may
differ in kind from the property allocated to any other beneficiary or share.
NOW, THEREFORE, Lynnette G. Wolfley, Trustee of the Della Mae Gibbons Family
Trust under agreement dated November 24, 1984, as amended and restated on April 11, 1994,
Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of ten dollars ($10) and other valuable consideration
to her in hand paid, the receipt whereof being hereby acknowledged, does, by these presents,
grant, bargain, sell, and convey, in equal shares, unto Bevan V. Bastian and Gay G. Bastian,
husband and wife, whose address is Box 21120, Axtell, Utah 84621, and Craig D. Wolfley and
Lynnette G. Wolfley, husband and wife, whose address is P.O. Box 243, Moapa, Nevada 89025,
collectively referred to as the Grantees, all of said Grantor's right, title, and interest, (each
married couple to receive 1 /2 of Grantor's right title and interest) in and to the following described
real estate in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to -wit:
Beginning at the Northwest Corner of the S1 /2 of the SE1 /4SE1 /4 of
Section 15, Twp. 32 N, Range 119 West of the 6 P.M. Wyoming and
running thence North 638 feet, thence East 33 feet, thence South 638 feet
thence West 33 feet to the point of beginning.
AND
The South One -Half (S1 /2) of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter (SE1 /4SE1 /4) of Section Fifteen (15) in Township Thirty -two (32)
North of Range 119 West of the 6th P.M., Wyoming, also a One (1) rod
right -of -way along the East side of the North One -Half (N1 /2) of the
Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SE1 /4SE1 /4) also the
following: BEGINNING at a point which is the Northeast Corner of the
Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SE1 /4SE1 /4) of said Section
Fifteen (15) above, and running thence East Nine and One -Half (9 rods;
thence North Fifty -nine (59) rods; thence West One (1) rod; thence South
Fifty -eight (58) rods; thence West Eight and One -Half (81/2) rods; thence
South One (1) rod to the point of beginning.
Together with the tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances whatsoever to the same
belonging or in anywise appertaining;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, all and singular, the above mentioned and described real
estate, together with the appurtenances, unto the said Grantees, their successors, heirs, and
assigns forever.
