THIS INDENTURE dated as of the a'? day of hd p r l 2011, WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, Della Mae Gibbons established the Della Mae Gibbons Family Trust under
agreement dated November 24, 1984, as amended and restated on April 11, 1994, wherein Della
Mae Gibbons is the Settlor and initial Trustee, and
WHEREAS, the Della Mae Gibbons Family Trust provides in Article IX thereof that
Lynnette G. Wolfley is appointed to be the Trustee when Della Mae Gibbons ceases to qualify or
ceases to act, and
WHEREAS, Della Mae Gibbons passed away on August 22, 2010 and thereafter
Lynnette G. Wolfley became the acting Trustee of the Della Mae Gibbons Family Trust, and
WHEREAS, the Della Mae Gibbons Family Trust provides in Article X thereof that the
Trustee shall have the power to make divisions and distributions of Trust property either in cash
or in kind, and allocate specific property to any beneficiary or share although the property may
differ in kind from the property allocated to any other beneficiary or share.
NOW, THEREFORE, Lynnette G. Wolfley, Trustee of the Della Mae Gibbons Family
Trust under agreement dated November 24, 1984, as amended and restated on April 11, 1994,
Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of ten dollars ($10) and other valuable consideration
to her in hand paid, the receipt whereof being hereby acknowledged, does, by these presents,
grant, bargain, sell, and convey unto Bevan V. Bastian and Gay G. Bastian, husband and wife as
tenants by the entirety, whose address is Box 21120, Axtell, Utah 84621, Grantees, all of said
Grantor's right, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate in Lincoln County,
Wyoming, to -wit:
The Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 15, Township
32 North, Range 119 West of the 6 P.M., Wyoming;
AND
The South Half of the Southeast Quarter of Sectionl4, in Township 32,
North, Range 119 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian in Wyoming, with
the exception of the following tracts that have been heretofore conveyed,
to -wit:
Commencing at a point 94 rods East from the Southwest Corner of the
SE1 /4 of Section 14, Township 32, North Range 119 W 6 P.M., and
running thence South 1 rods; thence East 66 rods; thence North 2 rods;
thence West 66 rods; thence South 1 rods, to the place of beginning.
Known as the Burton Lane.
Also excepting the following: Beginning at a point 50 rods East from the
Southwest Corner of the Southeast Quarter of Section 14, Township 32
North Range 119 W of the 6 P.M., and running thence East 44 rods;
thence North 30 rods, thence West 44 rods; thence South 30
rods, to the place of beginning, containing 8.25 acres of land, known as
the creamery lot.
Together with the water rights, tenements, hereditaments, and
appurtenances whatsoever to the same belonging or in anywise
appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, all and singular, the above mentioned and described real
estate, together with the appurtenances, unto the said Grantees, their successors, heirs, and
assigns forever.
