HomeMy WebLinkAbout959168CORRECTION AND RATIFICATION AGREEMENT This AGREEMENT made and entered into by and between Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Hereinafter referred to as "Lender Terrilyn Thurman, Hereinafter referred to as `Borrowers WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, Borrower has executed that certain Deed of Trust dated October 13, 2010 acid Recorded in the Records of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in RECEPTION 955981 encumbering the following described property: Beginning at the Northwest Corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 1, Township 32 North Range 119 West of the 6 P.M. Wyoming, and running thence 10 rods East; thence 16 rods South; thence 10 rods West; thence 16 rods North to the Point of Beginning. WHEREAS, the said Deed of Trust Vesting incorrectly as: Terrilyn Thurman,trustee WHEREAS, the said Deed of Trust Legal Description incorectly as: Beginning at the Northwest Comer of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 1, Township 32 North Range 119 West of the 6 P.M. Wyoming, and Running thence 10 rods East; thence 16 rods South; thence 10 rods West, thence 16 roads North to the Point of Beginning. THEREFORE, Borrower hereby agrees that said Deed of shall be amended as: Terrilyn Thurman, Trustee, or her successors in Trust, under the Terrilyn Thurman Family Trust Living Trust, dated January 10, 2008. Also that Legal Description be amended as: Beginning at the Northwest Corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 1, Township 32 North Range 119 West of the 6 P.M. Wyoming, and Running thence 10 rods East; Thence 16 rods South; thence 10 rods West; thence 16 rods North to the Point of Beginning. FURTHER, it is agreed between the parties that this Agreement is hereby incorporated into the said Deed of Trust and hereby Made a part thereof; and further that all other terms, conditions, provisions, and obligations of said Deed of Trust are hereby Ratified and confirmed.
