FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned holder of a Mortgage /Deed of Trust (herein "Assignor whose address is 7600
East Orchard Road, Suite 250 -N, Greenwood Village, CO 80111, does hereby grant, sell, assign, transfer and convey,
unto MetLife Home Loans, a Division of MetLifeBank, N.A. and existing under the laws of (herein "Assignee whose
address is 501 US Highway 22, Bridgewater, NJ 08807, a certain Mortgage /Deed of Trust dated October 7, 2010 made
and executed by Terrilyn Thurman, Trustee, or her successors in trust, under the Terrilyn Thurman Family Trust
Living Trust, dated January 10, 2008, to and in favor of Cherry Creek Mortgage Co., Inc., upon the following described
property situated in LINCOLN County, State of WYOMING:
Beginning at the Northwest Corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 1, Township 32
North Range 119 West of the 6th P.M. Wyoming, and running thence 10 rods East; thence 16 rods South; thence 10
rods West; thence 16 roads North to the Point of Beginning.

such Mortgage /Deed of Trust having been given to secure payment of $187,500.00, (Maximum Principal Amount)
which Mortgage is of record in Book, Volume, or Liber No. at page

County, State of together with the note(s) and obligations therein described and the money due and to
become due thereon with interest, and all rights accrued or to accrue under such Mortgage/Deed of Trust.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto Assignee, its successor and assigns, forever, subject only to the terms and
conditions of the above described Mortgage /Deed of Trust.
