Grantors, for and in consideration of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS and other Good and Valuable
Considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND
WARRANT TO:
Grantee, whose mailing address is 1905 Dell Rio Drive, Kemmerer, WY 83101, the following
described real estate situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and
waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State to -wit:
Lot 3 of Block 4 of Lincoln Heights 5th Addition, First Filing, to the City of
Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat filed on
September 7, 1983 as Instrument No. 603378 of the records of the Lincoln County
Clerk, together with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate
or in anywise appertaining thereto
Subject, however, to all mining, mineral and other exceptions, reservations, covenants, conditions
and rights -of -way of record.
