Pursuant to Power to foreclose by advertisement and sale contained in that certain
Mortgage, dated April 4, 2007, recorded April 11, 2007 in Book 654, page 170 in the
Lincoln County, Wyoming Clerk's Office from Glen Knopp and Stacey Knopp, Husband
and Wife, to the Bank of Jackson Hole, the undersigned, as Sheriff of Lincoln County,
Wyoming, has sold the property hereafter described according to law, at the front entry
of the Lincoln County Courthouse in Kemmerer, Wyoming, at 10:00 o'clock a.m., on the
22nd day of February, 2011.
The undersigned does hereby certify that the undersigned sold the real property
described below, after due and legal notice given, to the Bank of Jackson Hole, the
mortgagee under the mortgage foreclosed, for $190,395.26 Dollars, the highest bid at
the public auction conducted by the undersigned.
The real property sold is situated in Lincoln County, Wyoming and is more
particularly described as follows:
The N' /2N'2SE of Section 26, Township 36 North,
Range 119 West of the 6 P.M. Lincoln County, Wyoming
Excepting therefrom the land contained in Warranty Deed
Recorded January 12, 1994 in Book 344PR on Page 59 of the
Records of Lincoln County Clerk
The undersigned hereby certifies that the purchaser is entitled to a Sheriff's deed
for the property at the expiration of the statutory period of redemption, unless the
property is redeemed prior to that date as provided by law.
