QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Marilyn Johns a /k/a/ Marilyn L.
Johns, of HC 63 Box 86, Cokeville, Wyoming 83114, Lincoln County, Wyoming, Grantor for and
in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIM to the Roland
Marilyn Johns Family Revocable Trust, dated April 15, 2011, Marilyn Johns, Trustee,
Grantee, whose address is HC 63 Box 86, Cokeville, Wyoming 83114, the following described real
estate, situated in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under
and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit:
That certain property as described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this
reference made a part hereof.
TOGETHER with any and all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining and improvements thereon, any and all fixtures
of a permanent nature thereon, and any and all easements, rights of way, and other
rights appurtenant thereto;
SUBJECT to easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions presently or record
in the office of the County Clerk for Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws
of the State of Wyoming.
With respect to W.S. 34 -2 -122, as amended, Grantor hereby states, represents and warrants
that the said. Trust was established by written instrument executed the 15' day of April, 2011, that
said Trust has never been revoked, and that said instrument transfers upon said Trustees, all powers
set forth in the Uniform Trustees' Powers Act of the Wyoming Statutes.

A parcel of land located in Section 1 of Township 25 North, Range 120 West of the 6
P.M., Wyoming, more fully described as follows:
Beginning at a point which bears S. 43 09' West a distance of 1,458.56 feet and South
45° 12' West a distance of 109.9 feet, and South 09 01' West a distance of 62.3 feet, and
South 25 57' East a distance of 117.5 feet, and South 45° 38' East a distance of 403.9
feet, and South 17 13' East a distance of 42.7 feet from the Northeast corner of Section 1,
Township 25 North, Range 120 West of the 6 P.M., Wyoming;
thence South 17 13' East a distance of 230 feet;
thence South 85° 59' East a distance of 205.9 feet;
thence North 17 47' West a distance of 230 feet;
thence approximately North 85 1' West a distance 205.9 feet to the point of beginning.
Together with all the estate, right, title, interest, property, claim and demand whatsoever,
in law as in equity, of the said grantor, in or to the above described premises and every part and
parcel thereof, with the appurtenances, tenements and hereditaments thereunto belonging. To
have and to hold all and singular the above mentioned and described premises together with the
appurtenances, unto the said grantee and its successors and assigns forever.
Hereby releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead
Exemption Laws of this State.
