KNOWN BY ALL THESE PRESENTS, That Lois J. Sager, Trustee of the Lois J. Sager
Family Trust dated January 7,1999, does hereby ce rtify that mortgage bearing the date of
May, 14, 2010 made and executed by Michael Lawrence Kenner and Brenda Ellen
Kentner, as mortgagor(s) to Lois J. Sager, Trustee of the Lois L Sager Family Trust dated
January 7, 1999 as mortgagee(s) conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as
security for the payment of $265,000.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded
in the office of the County. Clerk and Ex Officio Register of Deed of Lincoln. County,
State of Wyoming, on May 14,2010 in Book 747PR, Page 243 mortgaging the following
described real estate in said County, to wit:
That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 24, Township
31 North, Range 119 West, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part of that tract of
record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 284 of Photostatic Records
on page 119, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a spike on the Southiine of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 24,
South 89°57'49" West, 910.10 feet from the Southeast Corner of said Southwest
Quarter;
thence coursing along an. existing exterior boundary fence line, in part, as follows:
North 08 West, 13&59 feet, to a point at a fence corner;
North 88°25'02" East, 101.94 feet, to a point at a fence corner.;
North 00 °17'58" East, 106.35 feet, to a point at a fence corner;
South 87 °41'25" West, 20.57 feet, to a point at a fence corner;
North 00°01'18" East, 140.69 feet, to a point at a fence corner;
South 89°20'42" West, 335.28 feet, to a point on the northeasterly right -ofway line
of Lancaster Lane County Road No. 12 -147;
thence South 41 °49'35" West, 30.00 feet, to a spike on the centerline of said County
Road, being the begnnning of a nontangent circular curve to the right, which has its
radios point bearing South 41 °49'35" West;
thence coursing along said centerline as follows:
Southeasterly 90.59 fat, along the arc of said curve, through a central angle of
43 °53'18" with a radius of 118.27 feet, to a spike at PC 40+31.00;
South 04 17'07" East, 14167 feet, to a spike at PT 38+88.29, the beginning of a circular
curve to theleft;
Southeasterly 113.71 feet, along the arc of said curve, through a central angle of
33 47'05", with a radius of 192.84 feet, to a spike at the PCC of said curve, the
beginning of a circular curve to the left;
Southeasterly 56.17 feet, along the arc or said curve, through a central angle of
28°29'17" with a radius of 112.97 feet, to an intersection of said curve with the
South line of said Southwest Quarter, and leave said centerline;
thence North 89 °57'49" East, 159.28 feet, along said South line, to the SPIKE OF
BEGINNING.
Is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied,
released, and discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby
release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagor the premises thereby conveyed and
mortgaged.
