COMES NOW, Darald Erickson, a /k/a Darald N. Erickson, and his wife,
Carleya Erickson, a /k/a Carleya L. Erickson, and hereby amend and modify that
certain Warranty Deed filed in the Lincoln County Clerk's Office in Kemmerer,
Wyoming on May 4, 2011 as Instrument Number 959162, in Book 766 at Page 263, to be
read as follows:
Darald Erickson, a/k/a Darald N. Erickson, and Carleya Erickson, a/k/a Carleya L.
Erickson, husband and wife, GRANTORS, of 124 Nield Avenue, Afton, Wyoming
83110, for and in consideration of Ten and No /100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and
valuable considerations, in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEYS AND WARRANTS, to the Erickson Family Trust, dated the 3rd day of
May, 2011, Darald N. Erickson, a/k/a Darald Erickson, and Carleya L. Erickson,
a /k/a Carleya Erickson, Trustees, GRANTEE, whose address is 124 Nield Avenue,
Afton, Wyoming the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State
of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue to the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit:
That part of Section 36, T 32 N, R 119 W, of the 6 P.M., Lincoln County
Wyoming, described on Exhibit A, prepared by Paul N. Scherbel labeled, "Oney
R. Nield from Ross A. and Mable H. Nield, Tract H" dated November 23, 1983.
A copy of the above mentioned Exhibit A is attached hereto as part hereof
showing and describing the property conveyed by this Warranty Deed.

That part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk
of Lincoln County in Book 18 of Deeds on page 298, within
the NE;NE1/4 of Section 36, T32N, R119W, Lincoln County, Wyo-
ming, BOUNDED AND LYING AND BEING SITUATE, as follows:
easterly of that tract of record in said Office in Book 0
of Photostatic Records on page 111; and
northerly. of a protraction Easterly, of the south line of
said tract of record in Book 8 of Photostatic Records on
page 111, to an intersection with the west line of the
proposed Ben Nield Addition to the Town of Afton; and
southerly of the north line of the said NEhNE; of Section
36; and
westerly of the said west line of the proposed Ben Nield
Addition described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northwest corner of the said Addition on
the north line of the said NEkNE: of said Section 36,
N89 12.1'E, 268.50 feet from the northwest corner of
said NE' -,NEB;
thence SO1 56.9 246.89 feet along the existing fence
line and identical with the said west line of the
Addition to a point;
the base bearing for the said west line is the west line
of the incorporated limits of the Town Afton identical
with the west line of the Air Strip Vicinity Annexation
being situate between two 2" brass markers set in concrete
inscribed "AFTON BOUNDARY" and appropriate details set by
Ivan L. Call, the bearing being N01 -05'W;
that it is the intent of this instrument to define that
the existing fence line, as described above, is the
boundary line between the land of Oney R. Nield, a single
person and Ross A. Nield and Mable H. Nield, husband and
wife;
all in accordance with the plat for the said BEN NIELD
ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF AFTON and the "PLAT TO ACCOMPANY'
PETITION FOR ANNEXATION TO THE TOWN OF AFTON WITHIN THE
ERNE. SECTION 36 T32N R119W LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING
