Erickson, and hereby amend and modify that certain Warranty Deed filed in the Lincoln County Clerk's Office in Kemmerer, Wyoming on May 4, 2011 as Instrument Number 959162, in Book 766 at Page 263, to be read as follows: Darald Erickson, a/k/a Darald N. Erickson, and Carleya Erickson, a/k/a Carleya L. Erickson, husband and wife, GRANTORS, of 124 Nield Avenue, Afton, Wyoming 83110, for and in consideration of Ten and No /100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations, in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS, to the Erickson Family Trust, dated the 3rd day of May, 2011, Darald N. Erickson, a/k/a Darald Erickson, and Carleya L. Erickson, a /k/a Carleya Erickson, Trustees, GRANTEE, whose address is 124 Nield Avenue, Afton, Wyoming the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue to the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit: That part of Section 36, T 32 N, R 119 W, of the 6 P.M., Lincoln County Wyoming, described on Exhibit A, prepared by Paul N. Scherbel labeled, "Oney R. Nield from Ross A. and Mable H. Nield, Tract H" dated November 23, 1983. A copy of the above mentioned Exhibit A is attached hereto as part hereof showing and describing the property conveyed by this Warranty Deed. WITNESS our hands this 1 day of May, 2011.
