Deed recorded on January 24, 2011, as document #957754, at page 203, of book 761, with the
Lincoln County Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Holly G. Stroth, sole Trustee of the Stroth Family Trust, dated January 12, 1999, and any
amendments thereto, Grantor, of P.O. Box 1249, Thayne, WY 83127, for and in consideration of
TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to Holly G. Stroth, Trustee of Holly Stroth
Marital Trust, dated October 13, 2010, Grantee, of P.O. Box 1249, Thayne, WY 83127, all of
Grantor's interest in the following described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead
Exemption Laws of the State, to wit:
Lot Fifty -three (53) in Star Valley Ranch Plat Thirteen (13) as platted and
recorded in the official records of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Together with and including all improvements thereon and all appurtenances and
hereditaments thereunto belonging. Subject to all covenants, conditions,
restrictions, easements, reservations, and rights -of -way of sight and /or record.
