DO HEREBY CERTIFY, that a certain mortgage bearing the date of the 18th day of July
2007 made, executed and delivered by JM LAND DEVELOPMENT, LLC an Idaho limited
liability company, whose address is 329 S. Woodruff, Idaho Falls, ID 83401, Mortgagor to
BART F. MERRITT and DEANNA M. MERRfTT, husband and wife, a mortgage covering and
describing:
SEE EXHIBIT "A"
and which said mortgage was duly filed for record in the office of the Lincoln County
Recorder and for the county of Lincoln, State of Wyoming on the 31st day of July 2007 and
said mortgage being recorded in Book 667 P.R. Page 533 as Receiving no. 931753.
BART F. MERRIT and DEANNA M. MERRITT, husband and wife do hereby certify that real
estate described therein is fully released from said Mortgage.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this instrument was executed, signed and delivered by the

PARCEL 2 -A: TOGETHER WITH a right of ingress, egress and utilities over, under and across the West thirty
(30) feet of the land in Section 19, Township 34 North and Range 118 West of the 6 P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming reserved in Quit Claim Deed recorded October 4, 2004 in Book 569 PR on Page 15 of the records of the
Lincoln County Clerk.
ALSO, a right of ingress, egress and utilities over, under and across the West thirty (30) feet of the land in Section
19, Township 34 North and Range 118 West of the 6 P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming reserved in Quit Claim
Deed recorded November 15, 2004 in Book 572 PR on Page 527 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
PARCEL 2 -B: ALSO TOGETHER WITH a 60 foot wide Right -of -Way Easement as described in that certain
Easement, recorded as Receiving No. 944452, in Book 712, on Page 312, with the Office of the Lincoln County
Clerk.
