Grantor covenants that it is seized and possessed of the said land and has a right to convey it, and
warrants the title against the lawful claims of all persons claiming by, through, and under it, but not

Southeast Quarter of Section 26, Township 34 North Range 119 West of the 6th
P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, the
metes and bounds being more particularly described as follows
BEGINNING at a point in the Center Line of the 60 feet wide Non Exclusive right
of -way, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 170PR on Page 548, with said
Office, said POINT OF BEGINNING, being 31.15 feet South 18 °22'48" East from
the Lloyd B. Baker PE/LS 698, 1994 location for the Northwest corner of said
Southeast Quarter;
thence South 89 °33'12" East, along said center line, 410.00 feet;
thence North 83 °40'20" West 413.18 feet to a point in the West line of said Moon
property;
thence North 0 °42'14" East. along said West line 532.48 feet, to the POINT OF
BEGINNING.
