Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of August 30,
2010 and executed by Lincoln Self Reliance, Inc., to The Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a
mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of
$147,250.00 which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio
Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 31' day of August, 2010 in book
753 of Mortgages, at Page 18 as document #955264 and pertaining to the following described
real estate in said County, to -wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE"
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgage's do hereby release and quitclaim unto
the said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
Mortgage to be s President and its corporate seal to be affixed, this 23` day of May,
2011

of Directors, and said Vice President acknowledged said instrument to be the free act and deed of
said corporation.
