consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS and
WARRANTS to Jonathan Bextel and Rebecca Bextel, husband and wife as tenant by the
entireties, GRANTEES, whose address is P. O. Box 8601, Jackson, Wyoming 83002, the
following described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit:
Lot 46 of the Blue Lake Estates Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming,
according to that plat recorded in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk
on November 13, 1991 as Instrument No. 740865.
