releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State

official plat thereof, together with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances
thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereto
Subject, however, to all mining, mineral and other exceptions, reservations, covenants, conditions
