County, Ohio, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable
consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, quitclaim,
without any covenants of warranty whatsoever and without recourse to the Grantors, or
Grantors' successors and assigns, to Kevin J. Hively, a single man, GRANTEE, whose
address is 7466 Bridgewater Drive, Cottonwood Heights, UT 84121, all of Grantors' right,
title and interest, if any, in and to that certain parcel of land situated in the County of Lincoln,
State of Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:
Subject, however to all existing interests, including but not limited to easements,
encumbrances, reservations, restrictions, and rights -of -way of record or otherwise.
Hereby releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of this state.
