Considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND
WARRANT TO:
Dustin Marino and Amber Marino
Husband and Wife
As tenants by the entireties
Grantees, whose mailing address is PO Box 482, LaBarge, WY 83123, the following described
real estate situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all
rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State to -wit:
Lots 13, 14, 15 and 16 of Block 28 of the First Addition to the Town of LaBarge, Lincoln
County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof
Subject to the mortgage in favor of Brent R. Sorensen and Sharon E. Sorensen, recorded
11 -1 -2010, at Book 756, Page 518
Subject, however, to all mining, mineral and other exceptions, reservations, covenants, conditions
and rights -of -way of record.
