Ahlstrom, hereinafter referred to as seller, Dustin Marino and Amber Marino, hereinafter referred to as buyers, and Brent R. Sorensen and Sharon E. Sorensen., hereinafter referred to as mortgagees. WHEREAS, the buyers are purchasing the above described property as of May 2011, and have agreed to assume the unpaid balance of the Mortgage to Brent R. Sorensen and Sharon E. Sorensen, husband and wife, in the amount of $125,471.79. WHEREAS the buyers agree to pay all monthly installments under the terms of the original note and mortgage. Said note and mortgage made and executed by Joseph M. Ahlstrom. WHEREAS, the buyers understand that all payments are to be made until the entire mortgage balance has been paid in full. Monthly payments in the amount of $806.97 are due and payable by the 1st day of each month, beginning with the July 1, 2011 payment. WHEREAS, the seller hereby assigns and transfers to the buyers all of his right, title and interest in the mortgage presently held by Brent R. Sorensen and Sharon E. Sorensen, husband and wife, as mortgagees. WHEREAS, the mortgagees do hereby permit said assignment of mortgage and acknowledge and understand that the seller, Joseph M. Ahlstrom, is no longer bound under the terms of the mortgage and note, but that the buyers, Dustin Marino and Amber Marino, alone are now liable.
