($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to MICHAEL M. KRALL, as Trustee of the
MICHAEL M. KRALL REVOCABLE TRUST dated May 26, 2011, Grantee, whose address is 835
Garnet Street, Kemmerer, Wyoming 83101, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln
County and State of Wyoming, to -wit:
The Lot Numbered Twenty -five (25) in Block Numbered Two (2) in the Lincoln
Heights Subdivision to the Town of Kemmerer, County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, as surveyed, platted and recorded in the Office of the Lincoln County
Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in
anywise appertaining thereunto.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and
rights -of -way of record.
