The West One -half of Lot Numbered Five (W1/25) in Section Six
(6), Township 24 North, Range 115 West, 6th P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming
TOGETHER WITH, but also reserving unto the grantors, an
easement for ingress and egress along an existent roadway
beginning at a point where said existing roadway intersects the
easterly right of way line of Sublet- Pomeroy Basin County Road 12-
306 in the northwesterly corner of Lot 21, thence northeasterly
through Lots 8 and 9 to the north boundary line of Lot 9, thence
northeasterly through Lots 5 and 6 to the easterly boundary line of
