RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of May 20,
2010 and executed by Kyle James Parsons and Charlotte Eliza Parsons, husband and wife, to
The Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate
therein described as security for the payment of $153,000.00 which mortgage was recorded in the
office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, on the 21 day of May, 2010 in book 747 of Mortgages, at Page 496 as document
#953564 and pertaining to the following described real estate in said County, to -wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE"
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgage's do hereby release and quitclaim unto
the said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
Mortgage to be signed by its President and its corporate seal to be affixed, this 31" day of May,
