Family Trust dated June 6, 1989, Grantors of North Logan, County of Cache, State of Utah, hereby
CONVEY AND WARRANT an undivided one -half (1/2) interest to LANE GARY KENDRICK and
an undivided one -half (1/2) interest to VERNON CHAD KENDRICK, equally as their sole and
separate property, as tenants in common, Grantees of 318 East 2230 North #B, North Logan, Utah
84341, for the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the following
described tract of land in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming:
Lot 12, Leon Livingston Subdivision, in Township 13 North, Range 118 West, 6
P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming. Said Plat of said Subdivision as recorded in the
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming.
Retaining, granting and reserving a life estate in said real property and home to GARY L.
KENDRICK and GALE W. KENDRICK, and the survivor of them. The life tenant shall be
responsible for payment of taxes, insurance, maintenance, upkeep and repairs.
