Brown, as mortgagor(s), mortgaged to Community First Mortgage, LLC, as mortgagee, the hereinafter described real property by that certain mortgage dated October 29, 2003 (the "Mortgage and duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on October 30, 2003, at Reception No. 894904 in Book 540 at Page 456.
