WARRANTY DEED
WILLIAM M. KRALL and DENISE A. KRALL, husband and wife, Grantors, for and in
consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to WILLIAM M. KRALL
and DENISE A. KRALL, as Trustees of the WILLIAM M. KRALL AND DENISE A. KRALL
JOINT REVOCABLE TRUST dated June 9, 2011, Grantees, whose address is 1001 Garnet Street,
Kemmerer, Wyoming 83101, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State
of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State, to -wit:
Lot Six (6) of Block Two (2) Lincoln Heights 3rd Subdivision to the Town of
Kemmerer.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in
anywise appertaining thereunto.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and
rights -of -way of record.
WITNESS our hands this 9th day of June, 2011.
