convey and forever grant and by these presents do for my heirs, executors and
administrators, remise and forever grant unto the said

Husband and wife, AS GRANTEES
heirs and assigns, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as
we have, ought to have or hereafter acquire in or to all of the following described
premises, to -wit:
Hereby releasing and waiving all right under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
Laws of the State of Wyoming.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto the said
Robert H. Roberts, Jr. and Cinta G. Roberts
Heirs and assigns, to his and their own property use and behoove forever. So that neither
we nor any other person in my name or behalf shall or will hereafter claim or demand any
right to title to the premises or any part thereof, but they and every one of them shall by
these presents be excluded and forever barred.

said Point of Beginning being 2,878.69 feet N22 38'34 "E from the
Scott A. Scherbel PLS 3889, 1991 location for the Southwest
