and State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($~ 0.00) and other
valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to BRIAN K. KIRKHAM and DIANE K. KIRKHAM,
husband and wife, as joint tenants, Grantees of County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
the following described real estate'situate in County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming,
hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by viKue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State, to-wit:
Commencing at a point which is 771 feet South of the No~hwest corner of
the NW%SW~ of Section 11, T33N R1 ~ 8W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming;
and running thence South 432 feet;
thence East 660 feet:
thence No~h 432 feet;
thence WeSt 660 feet to the point of beginning.
Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appu~enances thereon
situated or in an~ise appeKaining thereunto. Subject, however, to all rese~ations,
restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record or in use.
