Mower Living Trust, Dated December 20, 1999, of Lincoln County,
Wyoming, GRANTORS, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS
($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to Eric M.
Rudy and Bobbee J. Rudy, husband and wife as tenants by the
entireties, of 1804 Holland Drive, Kemmerer, WY 83101, GRANTEES, the
following described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit:
Lot Numbered Six (6) in Block Numbered One (1) of Sunset Subdivision in
the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming, together with all
buildings, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise
appertaining thereto
Subject to reservations, restrictions, rights -of -way and easements of sight
and/or record.
