WHEREAS, Mark Dee and Lisa Tomblinson, as mortgagor(s),
mortgaged to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as mortgagee, the hereinafter described
real property by that certain mortgage dated December 7, 2007 (the "Mortgage
and duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio
Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on December
17, 2007, at Reception No. 935648 in Book 681 at Page 406.
All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for
Lincoln County, Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., acting under a power of sale contained in
the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter
described real property on December 7, 2010, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon,
at public venue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at
925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. "Successful Bidder made
the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of
$361,343.79, and the said real property was then and there sold to the
Successful Bidder on December 7, 2010 "Sale Date and a Certificate of Sale
was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale
was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio
Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on December 7,
2010, at Reception No. 957058 in Book 758 at Page 384;
WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to Federal
National Mortgage Association, its successors and assigns by that certain
Assignment of Certificate of Sale dated May 23, 2011 and recorded in the
records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, on ise- /S 2011, at

WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and
SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said FEDERAL NATIONAL
MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, whose address is P.O. Box 650043, Dallas, TX
75265 -0043, its successors and assigns, all right, title, and interest to the
following described real property situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to-
wit:
