MICHAEL M. KRALL and WILLIAM M. KRALL, Grantors, for and in consideration of
Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to MICHAEL M. KRALL and WILLIAM M.
KRALL, as tenants in common, Grantees, whose address is 835 Garnet Street, Kemmerer, Wyoming
83101, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, to -wit:
All of Lots 6 and 7 and that part of Lots 8 and 9 lying and being situate of the East
right -of -way line of the Fox Farm County Road No. 12 -327 of Section 1, Township
21 North, Range 116 West, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Less and except the following described land: Part of Lots 6 and 7 of Section 1,
Township 21 North, Range 116 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming,
described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot 6; thence S 00 W 1378.89 feet
along the east line of said Lot 6 to the Southeast corner; thence N 8945.9' W,
1268.43 feet along the south line of said Lot 6 to a point S 8945.9' E, 51.55 feet from
the Southwest corner of said Lot 6, said point also being on the right -of -way line 150
feet easterly of the centerline of State Highway 189; thence Northerly 21.03 feet
along said right -of -way line on a circular curve to the left through a central angle of
0035.1' with a radius of 2059.86 feet to WHD P.T. Station 103 +68.2; thence N
17 W, 1060.09 feet to T.S. Station 114 +42.4; thence Northwesterly, 280.89 feet,
more or less, chord bearing ofN 1254.8 W, 279.29 feet along said right -of -way line
150 feet easterly of the centerline of State Highway 189, being a spiral curve 317.9
feet, more or less, in length, curving to the right, with a delta of 1426' and to WHD
S.C. Station 117 +60.3 on the right -of -line; thence continuing along a circular curve
curving to the right with central angle of 07 28.6' and a radius of 480.78 feet to an
intersection with the north line of Lot 7, a distance of 62.74 feet; thence N 89 41.2' E,
239.00 feet along said North line to the South 1/4 corner of Section 36, Township 22
North, Range 116 West; thence N 8945.9' E 97.00 feet along said north line to the
corner common to Lots 6 and 7 and identical with the North' /4 corner of said Section
1; thence continuing N 89 45.9' E, 1318.01 feet along the north line of said lot 6 to
the corner of beginning.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in
anywise appertaining thereunto.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and
rights -of -way of record.
