KRALL, a single person, Grantor, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to MICHAEL M. KRALL, as Trustee of the MICHAEL M. KRALL REVOCABLE TRUST dated May 26, 2011, Grantee, whose address is 835 Garnet Street, Kemmerer, Wyoming 83101, an undivided one -half (1/2) tenancy in common interest in and to the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, to -wit: All of Lots 6 and 7 and that part of Lots 8 and 9 lying and being situate of the East right-of-way line of the Fox Farm County Road No. 12 -327 of Section 1, Township 21 North, Range 116 West, Lincoln County, Wyoming. Station 117 +60.3 on the right -of -line; thence continuing along a circular curve curving to the right with central angle of 07 28.6' and a radius of 480.78 feet to an intersection with the north line of Lot 7, a distance of 62.74 feet; thence N 89 41.2' E, 239.00 feet along said North line to the South 1 A corner of Section 36, Township 22 North, Range 116 West; thence N 8945.9' E 97.00 feet along said north line to the corner common to Lots 6 and 7 and identical with the North 1 /4 corner of said Section 1; thence continuing N 8945.9' E, 1318.01 feet along the north line of said lot 6 to the corner of beginning.
