The undersigned, pursuant to Wyo. Stat. §1 -18 -106, certifies that it is the owner
and holder of that certain Sheriff s Certificate of Sale dated March 29, 2011, and recorded in the
records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio. Register. of Deeds in and for LINCOLN
County, State of Wyoming, on March 29, 2011, in Reception No. 958651, in Book 764, at Page
540, covering the following described real property:
LOT 26, FOREST MEADOW SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE
OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE
COUNTY CLERK, LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING.
with an address of 531 Forest Circle, Alpine, Wyoming 83128
Together with all improvements thereon situate and all fixtures and
appurtenances thereto.
The foreclosure sale foreclosed that certain Mortgage by and between Bob G.
Penny and Belinda Penny, Husband and Wife, and Option One Mortgage Corporation, a
California Corporation and which Mortgage was recorded on October 25, 2002, in Book 502, at
Page 698 in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and
for LINCOLN County, State of Wyoming.
The highest and best bid for said property at said foreclosure sale was in the
amount of $150,000.00 bid by Michael J. Martin and Jennifer A. ,Martin, Trustees of the Michael
J. Martin and Jennifer A. Martin Living Trust Dated June 1, 2010.
The undersigned certifies that full and sufficient redemption funds have been
received from Bob G. Penny and Belinda Penny, Husband and Wife on May 10, 2011.
