Beach, CA 92649, ATTN: David Lopez. "Assignee it legal representatives and
assigns, all right, title and interest in that certain Certificate of Sale dated January
4, 2011, on the following described property:
LOTS 3 AND 4 OF BLOCK 2 OF THE FOLLIES OF 42 ADDITION
TO THE TOWN OF DIAMONDVILLE, LINCOLN COUNTY,
WYOMING AS DESCRIBED ON THE OFFICAL PLAT FILED
AUGUST 11, 1986 AS INSTRUMENT NO. 659876 OF THE
RECORDS OF THE LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK
with an address of 12 Frontier Street, Diamondville, WY 83116
Together with all improvements thereon situate and
all fixtures and appurtenances thereto,
which was sold at a foreclosure sale on January 4, 2011, and the Certificate of
Sale was filed on January 4, 2011, at Reception No. 957452 in Book 759 at
Page 833 in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in
and for Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Assignee shall be substituted in the full place and stead of Assignor
and shall take all legal action he may deem proper or necessary in connection
with the Certificate of Sale assigned.
All acts, assignments and transfers under this assignment and all
rights of the parties under this assignment shall be governed by the laws of the
State of Wyoming.
All agreements of the parties are contained in this assignment
which cannot be modified except by written instrument signed by all parties.
