the attached exhibit prepared by Surveyor Scherbel, Ltd. titled, "Description for

Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.

COMMENCING at the southwest corner of said SW' /4NW
thence N00 08' -30 "E, 815.92 feet, along the west line of said SW'/4NW'/4, to a position;
thence N88 56' -36 "E, 59.47 feet, to the POSITION OF BEGINNING on the easterly
right -of -way line of U. S. Highway 89;
thence N00 09' -38 "W, 129.92 feet, along said right -of -way line, to a position on the south
line of that tract of record in said Office in Book 592 of Photostatic Records on page 774;
thence S86 51' -07 "E, 158.08 feet, along the south line of said tract in Book 592, to the
