consideration to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and
acknowledged, have remised, released, convey and forever quitclaimed and
by these presents do for my heirs, executors and administrators,
remise, release and forever quitclaim unto
whose address is P.O. Box 884, Afton WY 83110, heirs and assigns, forever
all such right, title interest, property, possession, claim and demand as I /we have,
ought to have or hereafter acquire in or to all of the following described premises, to -wit:
That part of Lot 4 of Block 3 of the Original Townsite of Afton, Lincoln County,
Wyoming described on Exhibit A prepared by Surveyor Scherbel, Ltd., titled
"Description for G. Nohl Sandall and Vickey M. Sandall Sandall Tract dated 17
March 2011.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.

Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 9 of Deeds on page 195, in Book 117 of
Photostatic Records on page 2, in Book 440 of Photostatic Records on page 722, and in
Book 533 of Photostatic Records on page 199, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the south line of said Lot 4, N88 13' -24 "W 110.01 feet, from
the southeast point thereof;
thence N88 13' -24 "W, 100 .00 feet, along said south line, to a point on an existing fence
line;
thence NO3 46' -57 "E, 181.34 feet, generally along said fence line, to a point;
thence N00 06' -24 "W, 63.10 feet, generally along said fence line, to a point;
thence N05 20' -28 "W, 86.37 feet, to a point on the north line of said Lot 4;
thence N01 18' -34 "E, 14.4 feet, more or less, to a position on the thread of Swift Creek;

the BASE BEARING for this survey is the line between a mueller water cap at the
intersection of Second Avenue and Madison Street, and an Afton Town Boundary
monument at the intersection of First Avenue and Madison Street, being N01 45' -56 "E.
it is the intent of this description that the called -for monuments, and not the existing fence
lines, control the location of the property lines;
that the actual thread of Swift Creek be the actual northerly boundary of the tract; the
above calls along the thread of Swift Creek are an approximation for the purposes of
determining the approximate acreage of the above described tract;
