consideration to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and
acknowledged, have remised, released, convey and forever quitclaimed and
by these presents do for my heirs, executors and administrators,
remise, release and forever quitclaim unto
Rod R. Jensen and Ileene C. Jensen, Trustees of the
Rod R. Jensen and Ileene C. Jensen Joint Living Trust dated February 28, 2008
whose address is P.O. Box 1485, Afton WY 83110, heirs and assigns, forever
all such right, title interest, property, possession, claim and demand as Uwe have,
ought to have or hereafter acquire in or to all of the following described premises, to -wit:
That part of Lot 1 of Block 3 of the Original Townsite of Afton, Lincoln County,
Wyoming described on Exhibit A prepared by Surveyor Scherbel, Ltd., titled
"Description for Rod R. Jensen and Ileene C. Jensen Joint Living Trust dated 28
February 2008 Jensen Tract dated 27 January 2010.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming

of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 441 of
Photostatic Records on page 718, and part of that tract of record in said Office in Book 589
of Photostatic Records on page 119 and all of that tract of record in said Office in Book
689 of Photostatic Records on page 45, it being the intent to more correctly describe said
tract in Book 689, as follows:
BEGINNING at a rebar on the north line of said Lot 1, S88 17' -21 "E, 140.07 feet, from
the northwest rebar of said Lot 1, identical with the northeast rebar of that tract of record
in said Office in Book 658 of Photostatic Records on page 252;
thence S01 48' -42 "W, 200.35 feet, along the east line of said tract in Book 658, to the
southeast point thereof;
thence N88 12' -08 "W, 30.00 feet, along the south line of said tract, to a point at the
northeast corner of that tract of record in said Office in Book 694 of Photostatic Records
on page 7;
thence S01°-47'-24"W, 99.66 feet, along the east line of said tract in Book 694, to a point
on the northerly bank of Swift Creek;
thence continuing S01 47' -24 "W, 15.4 feet, more or less, to a position on the approximate
thread of said Swift Creek;
