REED B. HOLBROOK and BONNIE C. HOLBROOK, husband an~ wire, grantors
of Freedom, County of Lincoln, state of wyoming, for and in consideration of
TEN DOLI~S ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY t~ND W~NT to REED B. HOLBROOK,
BONNIE C. HOLBROOK and BETTY HOLBROOK TruStee(s), or their successors in
trust, under the REED B. HOLBROOK /~ND BONNIE C. HOLBROOK JOINT LIVTNG TRUST,
dated December 27, 1994, with Reed B. Holbrook, Bonnie C. Holbrook, Arlo
Holbro.ok, and Betty ~olbrook named as beneficiaries, grantee, the following
described real estate situate in County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the hQmestead
exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
Beginning at a point thirty nine and eighty five and one half
hundredths (39.855) rods South of North West corner of lo~'
three (3) in Section twenty eight (28), Township thirty five
(35) North, Range one hundred nineteen (119) West of the sixth
(6th) P.M. in Wyoming: running:thence North twenty four (24)
rods, thence West twenty four (24) rods to the place of
beginning, containing thirty-six hundredths (.36) acre, more
or less.
Beg. at a point 42.255 rods S. of the NW cor. of Lot 3 in
Section 28 of Township 35 North of Range 119 West of the
6th Principal Meridian, Wyoming, and running thence S. 11 rods,
thence E. 24 rods, thence N. 11 rods, thence W. 24 rods to
the place of beg., containing 1.'65 A., more or less.
