in consideration of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS and other good and valuable consideration paid by
Alaska Financial Company III, LLC, PO Box 111811, Anchorage, AK 99511, assignee,
hereby assigns unto assignee, the Mortgage dated the 10 day of August, 2010 made by
Dean Watterson
to
Cecil L Kole, Trustee Of The C.L. Kole 1998 Revocable Trust
in the principal sum of $90,000.00 and recorded on the 10 day of August, 2010, in Book No. 751, page
741, modified June 6rh 2011 and recorded June 2011, No. Page in the office of the
County Clerk of the County of Lincoln, State of WY, covering premises:
see attached Exhibit "A"
TOGETHER with the bond or note or obligation described in said mortgage, and the moneys due and to
grow due thereon with the interest; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the assignee and to the
successors, legal representatives and assigns of the assignee forever.
AND the assignor covenants that there is now owing upon said mortgage, without offset or defense of any
kind, the principal sum of Eighty -Five Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy -Four and 57/100 dollars
($85,774.57) with interest thereon at 6.00 per centum per annum from the 14thday of May, 2011.
The word "assignor" or "assignee" shall be construed as if it read "assignors" or "assignees" whenever
the sense of this instrument so requires.

EXCEPTING THEREFROM a portion of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of
Section 15, Township 21 North, Range 117 West of the 6 P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming,
more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeasterly corner of said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter
