other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to David A. Hunzie
and Renee L. Hunzie, husband and wife as tenants by the entireties, of
1120 6 West Avenue, Kemmerer, WY 83101, GRANTEES, the following
described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit:
Lot Seventeen (17) of Block Four (4) Lincoln Heights 3 Subdivision to the
Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming, together with all buildings,
improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining
thereto
Subject to reservations, restrictions, rights -of -way and easements of sight
and/or record.
