is hereby confessed and acknowledged, has remised, released, conveyed and quitclaimed
and by these presents does remis, release and forever quitclaim to Alec J. Rudy and
Jenee Rudy, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, whose address is
1133 9th' West Avenue, Kemmerer, WY 83101, all right, title and interest in the following
described real property in the State of Wyoming, County of Lincoln:
Part of Lot 9 of Block 10 of the Lincoln Heights 4th Subdivision to the Town of
Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming, and more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning, at the Southeast Corner of Lot 9 at a pin common to Lot 9, Lot 8 and
9th West Avenue; thence North 84.73 feet to the true point of beginning; thence
West 130.00 feet; thence North 18.33 feet' thence East 130.00 feet; thence South
18.33 feet to the true point of beginning, together with all buildings,
improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining
thereto
Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions and right -of -ways of record, of sight
or in use.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming
