MCGINNIS III, as Trustee of the WILLIAM J. CHRISMAN TRUST PLAT OF TRACT AND ROADWAY ACCESS EASEMENT SECTIONS 21, 22, 27, 28 AND LOT 47 AND LOT NO. 50 TOWNSHIP 26 NORTH, RANGE 113 WEST, LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING" TOGETHER WITH a right of ingress and egress across that part of. the NWl SW /4 and SW1/4 SW1/4 of Section 22 and of Lot 50 of Township 26 North, Range 113 West, Lincoln County, Wyoming, lying and being situate within the bounds of the roadway description attached that certain Warranty Deed dated June 19, 2001, and recorded in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk on May 22, 2007, in Book 659, Page 67.
