NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with said request and the provisions of said Assignment of Leases and Rents, the undersigned as Lender, does hereby RELEASE, without warranty, to THE PERSON OR PERSONS LEGALLY ENTITLED THERETO, all estate now held by it thereunder in and to the property situated in said County, State of Wyoming, described as follows: Lot 119 of ALPINE VILLAGE SUBDIVISION NO. 1 PLAT 2 AMENDED 17 FILING, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as shown on the official plat thereof filed January 10, 2011, as Receiving No. 957542, in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, as Plat No. 957542. Tax ID No. 3718- 19 -2 -02- 002.00 The remaining property described in said Mortgage shall continue to be held by said Lender under the terms thereof. As provided in said Assignment of Leases and Rents, this Partial Release is made without affecting the personal liability of any person for payment of the indebtedness secured by said Assignment of Leases and Rents.
