Dennis V. Spencer and Linda S. Spencer, husband and wife,
GRANTORS, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and
other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to Clyde S. Bybee and
Charlotte Bybee, husband and wife as tenants by the entireties, of 170
1 Avenue, Evanston, WY 82930, GRANTEES, the following described
real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby
waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit:
Lots 43 and 44, Unit C -2, Commissary Ranch Subdivision, Lincoln County,
Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof, together with all
buildings, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise
appertaining thereto
Subject to reservations, restrictions, rights -of -way and easements of sight
and/or record.
