For and in consideration of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other Good and Valuable Considerations
in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT TO
ANTHONY LINDGREN
Grantee, whose address is P. O. Box 466, Diamondville, Wyoming 83116, the following real
estate situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all
rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws, subject to all easements,
reservations and restrictions of record, of sight, or in use.

Legal Description (A part of that part of Lot 8 North of Diamondville Drainage Parcel)
That portion of lot number 8 of the Hillcrest East Subdivision to the Town of Diamondville,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, lying northwesterly of the northwesterly boundary of those lands
conveyed to the Town of Diamondville as recorded in Book 743 on Page 337 in the Office of the
Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, and lying southeasterly of those lands conveyed to Anthony
Lindgren as recorded in Book 736 on Page 590 in the office of said clerk. Said portion of lot
number 8 being more particularly described by meets and bounds as follows:
Commencing at the southerly most corner common to lots 8 and 9 of block 1 of the Hillcrest East
Subdivision to the Town of Diamondville, where is found an aluminum cap monument (ACM)
and from which the easterly most comer common to lots 8 and 9 of said block 1, where is found
a rebar with no cap, bears N 18 °55'59" E, a distance of 66.11 ft;

Lincoln County, Wyoming, lying southeasterly the southeasterly boundary of those lands
conveyed to the Town of Diamondville as recorded in Book 743 on Page 337 in the Office of the
Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming. Said portion of lot number 8 being more particularly
described by meets and bounds as follows:
Beginning at the Southerly most corner of said lot 8 of the Hillcrest East Subdivision to the
Town of Diamondville, Lincoln County, Wyoming, where is found an aluminum cap monument
(ACM);
Thence N 17 °13'25" W, along the westerly boundary of said lot 8, a distance of 41.93 ft to the
angle point on the westerly boundary of said lot 8 where is found an ACM;
Thence N 46 °38'04" W (N 46 °46'09" W record), continuing along the southwesterly boundary of
said lot 8, a distance of 4.14 ft, to the southerly most point of that parcel of land conveyed to the
Town of Diamondville as recorded in Book 743 on Page 337 in the Office of the Clerk of
Lincoln County, Wyoming;
Thence N 61 °40'07" E (N 61 °32'02" E record), along the southeasterly boundary of said
Diamondville Parcel, a distance of 104.38 ft to a point on the northeasterly boundary of said lot
8;
Thence S 16 °11'52" E, along the easterly boundary of said lot 8, a distance of 13.49 feet to the
easterly most corner of said lot 8, where is found an ACM.
Thence S 45 °16'05" W, long the southeasterly boundary of said lot 8, a distance of 112.91 feet to
the point of beginning of this description.
Said Parcel containing 2979 sq feet more or less.

the Point of Beginning of this description, said point being the southerly most comer of that
parcel of land previously conveyed from Jerre Jackson and Beverly J. Jackson, Husband and
wife, to Anthony Lindgren as recorded in Book 736 on Page 590 in the Office of the Clerk of
Lincoln County, Wyoming;
Thence continuing S46 °38'04" E along the southwesterly boundary of said lot 8, a distance of
2.56 feet, to the westerly most corner of that parcel of land previously conveyed from Glen L.
Roberts and Dorie T. Roberts, Trustees of Glen L. Roberts Living Trust to the Town of
Diamondville as recorded in Book 743 on Page 337 in said clerk's office;
Thence N 61 °39'54" E (N 61 °32'02" E record), along the northwesterly boundary of said
Diamondville parcel, a distance of 105.57 ft, to a point on the northeasterly boundary of said lot
8, said point also being the northerly most corner of said Diamondville parcel;
Thence N 46 °37'16" W, along the northeasterly boundary of said lot 8, a distance of 35.78 ft to
the easterly most corner of said Lindgren parcel;
Thence S 43 °19'41" W (S 43 °23'33" W record), along the southeasterly boundary of said
Lindgren parcel, a distance of 100.24 ft (99.95 ft record) to the point of beginning of this
description.
Said parcel containing 1922 square feet more or less.
