Jackie L. Short and Kathleen A. Short, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties,
Grantors, whose address is 331 Ridgecrest Dr, Star Valley Ranch, WY 83127, for and in
consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, quitclaim, without any
covenants of warranty whatsoever and without recourse to the Grantors, or Grantors' successors
and assigns, to Jack L. Short and Kathy A. Short, Co- Trustees of the Jack L. and Kathy A. Short
Joint Living Revocable Trust, dated April 1, 2006, Grantees, whose address is 331 Ridgecrest
Dr, Star Valley Ranch, WY 83127, all of Grantors' rights, title and interest, if any, in and to that
certain parcel of land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, more particularly

Lot 35 of Star Valley Ranch Plat 13, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on
the official plat filed on August 10, 1977 as instrument No. 496704 of the records
of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Commonly known as 331 Ridgecrest Dr Star Valley Ranch, WY 83127
Subject, however to all existing interests, including but not limited to easements,
encumbrances, reservations, restrictions, and rights -of -way of record or otherwise. Hereby
releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
this state.
