Redd, husband and wife, as mortgagor(s), mortgaged to Battlefield, Inc., as mortgagee, the hereinafter described real property by that certain mortgage dated June 9, 1996 (the "Mortgage and duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on November 20, 1997 in Book 404 PR at Page 391 as Instrument No. 846874. WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the Undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and direction of Battlefield, Inc., acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real property on February 22, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse in the town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming; and WHEREAS, Battlefield, Inc. "Successful Bidder made the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of $8,946.50 "Bid Sum and the said real property was then and there sold to the Successful Bidder on February 22, 2011 "Sale Date and a Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on February 22, 2011 in Book 762 PR at Page 757 as Instrument No. 958205; WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for doing so has now expired; NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THIS DEED, that I, M. SHANE JOHNSON, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said Battlefield, Inc., PO Box 2331, Pinedale, Wyoming 82941, its successors and assigns, all right, title, and interest to the following described real property situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to -wit: LOT EIGHTY -EIGHT (88), SPRING CANYON RANCH SUBDIVISION AS DESCRIBED ON THE OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN THE LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK'S OFFICE, KEMMERER, WYOMING. RECEIVED 6/29/2011 at 4:12 PM RECEIVING 959886 BOOK: 768 PAGE: 670 JEANNE WAGNER LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK, KEMMERER, WY Together will all improvements thereon and all fixtures and appurtenances thereto. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said described premises, together with all improvements thereon erected and all fixtures and appurtenances thereunto belonging, to Battlefield, Inc., its successors and assigns forever.
