and water rights.
Excepting therefrom: Beginning 10 rods East of the Northwest corner of Block 13 in the Afton, Lincoln County,
Wyoming Townsite, and running thence East 10 rods, thence South 6 2/3 rods, thence West 10 rods, thence North 6
2/3 rods to the point of beginning, together with water rights.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming.
